DLA Troop Support has issued a solicitation for the supply of recreational and gymnastic equipment contained in the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) equipment set. The ACFT is part of the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System, a Chief of Staff of the Army initiative. The ACFT is a six event test comprised of 11 types of fitness equipment per set measuring muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility, cardiovascular endurance, balance and a reaction time for all Untied States Army units.
In 2020, the military spent $63.8 million on 36,000 lanes of Army Combat Fitness Test Equipment for 1 million active duty, reserve, and national guard soldiers.
The contract resulting from this solicitation will last for up to five years. There is no set quantity on the items below, but DLA has provided annual estimates for demand.
