DLA Land and Maritime has issued a solicitation which will result in a three year contract for supply of 12 volt lead-acid batteries.  These batteries are used in the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC).  DLA will issue periodic delivery orders against the contract.

DLA Aviation will be issuing a long-term contract for the supply of antenna cable used in the CS-13 Mine Resistant Vehicle.  They are soliciting two different cables.  The contract will have a period of five years against which DLA will issue periodic delivery orders.

DLA Aviation has announced that they would like to see more competition for supply of this shaft assembly used on the UH-60 Helicopter.  Currently there is only one supplier, which has made the part since 2006.  The government has a technical data package and drawings for this output shaft assembly, NSN 2925-01-179-2648 .
