The roller assembly, NSN 1720-00-735-5037 was last sold to the military for $2,400 each in quantity of 173 by F3 Engineering. Source approval and first article test items are required, as well as higher level quality standards ISO 9000 or 9001.
The solicitation calls for 184 units but also requests pricing breakdowns of 64 to 125, 126 to 187 and 188 to 250. Vendors have 600 days from award to deliver the goods. Based on past procurement history we estimate the value of this contract at $450,000.
