DLA Aviation has issued a pre-solicitation for Refrigerant Recovery Systems. Pre-solicitations are issued in advance of solicitations so the government can assess the potential for competition. This also gives potential competitors more time to submit Source Approval Requests and capability statements to become an approved source.
