DLA Land and Maritime is looking for a long-term supplier of maintenance kits used on the M1A1 Tank. These kits, NSN 4910-01-117-7943 include plenum air inlet seals, packing, personnel heater, fuel filter water separator, filter elements, and nuts and bolts. There is no set quantity on this order, but DLA estimates that they purchase 2,515 of these each year. The contract has three base years with two optional years for a total of five against which DLA will submit periodic delivery orders.
The most recent supplier was System Technical Support which sold 774 kits for $478 each. They also have been supplied by US Hardware. Based on past procurement history we estimate the value of this contract at $6 Million if all five years are executed.
This contract is set-aside 100% for small business. All offers are due by September 24, 2021.
