The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Assisted Acquisition Services Division posted an open solicitation for pricing on two hundred twenty-five (225) Portable Diesel Compressors delivering 125 CFM @ 100 PSI.\u00a0 The resulting contract will be a Task Order, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for use by U.S. Air Force, a potential five (5) year contract may be awarded.<\/p>\n

Solicitation Details<\/strong>:
\nThis is a Full and Open Competition solicitation, NAICS 333912 – 1000 employees.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s for a commercial \u201ctwo wheeled towable trailer compressor\u201d powered by a tier 2 type diesel engine capable of running either on Diesel or jet fuel (Jet Propellant 8 – JP-8 fuel certified).\u00a0 The requested compressor type is a \u201cRotary screw\u201d delivering 125 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) at 100 Pounds per square inch (PSI). The overall size\/weight compressor combination is to be no more than 3,000 lbs. including fuel, with a maximum size around 12 ft. long x 6 ft. wide x 5.5 ft. high.\u00a0 The exterior color of the compressor must be Air Force gray.\u00a0 Robins Air Force Base – Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) will be the customer placing orders for these compressors.<\/p>\n
