DLA Clothing and Textile has submitted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a multi-year contract to supply Men’s Khaki shirts.\u00a0 The contract will have one base year and four option years.\u00a0 This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) allows DLA to place monthly orders against it for up to five years.<\/p>\n

The Defense Logistics Agency estimates annual purchases at 79,308 units each year.\u00a0 The contract is capped at 495,675 shirts.\u00a0 Lead time after the initial order is 120 days, with 90 day max lead time for subsequent orders.<\/p>\n

The shirt, NSN\u00a08305-01-509-5360<\/a> was sold to DLA in quantity of 60 for $10.05 each by Darwood Manufacturing.\u00a0 The lowest price in prior procurement history is $7.97.\u00a0 It was sold through GSA and DOD E-mall in smaller quantities for $34.55.\u00a0 \u00a0Shirts will comply with military specification\u00a0Mil-S-3649G.<\/p>\n

All proposals are due by October 26, 2020.<\/p>\n
