DLA Aviation is looking for more companies to compete to produce this hydraulic pressure gauge.\u00a0 This 2″ diameter dial pressure gauge can measure up to 4,000 PSI with 100 PSI and 1000 PSI increments.\u00a0 The gauge is used in the F-16 and KC-130 Hercules aircraft.<\/p>\n

The military estimates annual demand at 347 units each year totaling $220,716 in annual purchases.\u00a0 They believe that there could be more competition for this item, and are taking steps to encourage that.\u00a0 Currently the only supplier over the last 8 years is Q.E.D, Inc. The gauge was last sold for $448.25 each in quantity of 100 units.\u00a0\u00a0 The manufacturer’s part number is 2000-045-00.<\/p>\n
