A first article test item is expected from the vendor before approving the rest of the shipment. Handy Tool has supplied this first sample for $17,000.\u00a0 Based on past procurement history, we estimate the value of this contract to be $214,200.<\/p>\n<p>DLA has 12 of these on hand and estimates annual demand at 24 units.
