DLA Aviation is soliciting supply of air conditioning ducts used in the A-10 aircraft.\u00a0 This contract will span five years where periodic delivery orders will be placed.\u00a0 There is no set quantity for this solicitation, but the government estimates that they buy 240 of these ducts each year.\u00a0 Each delivery order will have a minimum quantity of 24 and a maximum of 32.<\/p>\n

It was last supplied to the military by Kirkhill, Inc. for $10,996 each in quantity of 60 units.\u00a0 The price has risen from $977 in 2010.\u00a0 It was sold to DLA in 2015 by Triman Industries for $6,627 in quantity of 181.<\/p>\n

Based on past procurement history, we estimate the value of this contract at $13 Million.\u00a0 All offers are due by August 23, 2021.<\/p>\n

A technical data package is available from DLA so new companies can compete. New suppliers should include a Source Approval Request with their response to this RFP.<\/p>\n
