DLA Troop Support is going to issue an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) lasting for up to five years for the delivery of drip torches. Periodic delivery orders of between 900 and 3,000 units will be placed against this contract. These 1.2 gallon torches, NSN\u00a04210-01-558-9951<\/a> use a diesel and gasoline mixture.<\/p>\n

They were last sold to DLA by Waterax Corporation for $116.57 in quantity of 2,250.\u00a0 Other suppliers include KCR Manufacturing, L.N. Curtis, Cascade Fire, and Holden Industries.\u00a0 The price has risen from $86.95 over the last ten years.<\/p>\n

We estimate the value of this contract at $3.2 Million.\u00a0 It is set-aside exclusively for small\u00a0 businesses. A technical data package is available for companies that want to compete to produce this torch.<\/p>\n
