DLA Aviation is planning to issue a five year contract for rudder actuators used on the T-38 aircraft.\u00a0 This aluminum alloy actuator, NSN\u00a01650-00-056-6100<\/a> consists of a 2-43256-9 bearing and a 2-43255-3 arm. The military will submit periodic delivery orders against this contract over the term.<\/p>\n

It was last sold to the government by Skyspares Parts for $657 each in quantity of 57.\u00a0 It has also been supplied by Jayco Engineering. There is no set quantity in this solicitation but DLA estimates that they will order 550 units over five years.\u00a0 Based on past procurement history pricing we estimate the value of this contract at $361,350.<\/p>\n

This procurement it set-aside for small businesses.\u00a0 All offers are due by December 20, 2021.<\/p>\n
