USN Working Parka – 8415-01-586-6734<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

DLA Troop Support has issued a solicitation which will result in two contracts for multi-year supply of US Navy Working Parka.\u00a0 The contract will have one base year and three option years for a maximum duration of four years against which periodic delivery orders will be submitted. The solicitation is broken into two lots which will result in two separate awards to different companies.\u00a0 This is done to insure continuous supply since the quantity is so large.<\/p>\n

This working parka, NSN\u00a08415-01-573-4686<\/a> is woodland camouflage with sizes ranging from X-Small-XX-short to XX Large XXX-long.\u00a0 It is waterproof, moisture-vapor permeable with a stowed hood and visor.<\/p>\n

These were most recently sold to the military in 2012.\u00a0 They were sold for $174 in quantity of 675 by Tennessee Apparel Corp. There is no set quantity in the solicitation but DLA estimates that they will purchase 140,016 Parka over the contract term.\u00a0 Based on procurement history pricing we estimate the value of this contract at $24,362,784. This would be split between the two vendors.<\/p>\n

Both lots are set-aside for small businesses. All offers are due by June 21, 2022.<\/p>\n
