DLA Land and Maritime has issued a solicitation for the supply of DC fan motors used on the outdoor condensing coil for Air Conditioner\/ Environmental Control Unit (ECU) NAVAIR A\/E32C-45, part number 1559AS400-1.\u00a0 The fan motor has an NSN of 6105-01-592-2582. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).\u00a0 It will have three base years and two option years for a maximum duration of five.<\/p>\n

It was last sold to the military by Kampi Components for $2,476 in quantity of 86. There is no set quantity in this contract, but the government estimates that they will purchase 627 of these motors each year. Based on past procurement history pricing, we estimate the value of this contract at $7.7 Million.\u00a0 The contract has a maximum value of $9.3 Million over five years.<\/p>\n

In fact, DLA posted a solicitation the other day for the Refrigerant Recovery System used to service this ECU ( https:\/\/www.bidlink.net\/news\/2022\/06\/dla-plans-issue-5-year-contract-refrigerant-recovery-system\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n
