However, the person that created this solicitation did not look up the proper Product Service Code (PSC) so a search for 3590 would have missed this one.<\/p>\n

Based on a quick review of the salient characteristics listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) it appears that these workstations to be used by DLADS are probably being used as Mobile Shipping Stations (rolling cart with computer and label printer) used to print labels for the item\u2019s they are processing.<\/p>\n

One manufacturer of a powered carts we found was Newcastle Systems and under a GSA Scheduled contract part number PC550GBL was sold at $4327.27 each.\u00a0 Since this solicitation for Mobile Powered Workstations does not call out a specific manufacturer or part number the opportunity is open to virtually anyone meeting the characteristics.\u00a0 And the price we found gives us some idea what the potential 5-year contract can be worth.\u00a0 Total quantity 215 x $4327 approximately close to a million $930,305<\/p>\n
