M977 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

DLA Land and Maritime has issued a solicitation for air filters used in the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck.\u00a0 The resulting contract will have three base years and two option years for a maximum duration of five.\u00a0 The solicitation includes the air cleaner (NSN 2940-01-152-7890<\/a>), and filter element (NSN 2940-01-350-1680<\/a>). Periodic delivery orders will be placed against this contract over the term.<\/p>\n

The last company to supply both items was Maradyne Corporation which sold the air cleaners for $1,655.38 in quantity of 38.\u00a0 The filters were sold for $181.03 each in quantity of 717. DLA estimates that they will purchase 130 air cleaners and 17,035 filters over the five year period.<\/p>\n

Based on analysis of past procurement history pricing we estimate the value of this contract at $3.2 Million. Surge pricing applies for additional quantities.\u00a0 The maximum contract value will by $5.8 Million.<\/p>\n

All offers are due by Nov 30, 2022.\u00a0 Vendors have 112 days from order to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n
