This item, NSN 1660-00-421-2087 is described as an air conditioning duct, although technical characteristics say it&#8217;s for the, &#8220;Right side Air Turbine Motor Exhaust&#8221;.  Technical data is available on this item so new companies can compete.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last company to supply these to the military is S3 Aerodefense which sold them for $19,558 each in quantity of 6. This price has more than doubled from $7,800ea in 2022.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DLA estimates that they will purchase 40 units each year for a total of 200 units over five years.
