It went down sometime yesterday, you might see something like this “DIBBS is presently under going maintenance” or probably nothing at all.
DIBBS is the website where the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) posts thousands of open solicitations and awards for item the DoD is buying.
Hopefully the’ll fix it soon.
